This research is being run in support of a Thesis in Organisational Psychology at the University of Waikato.
The study has implications for identifying the impact (both positive and/or negative) that supervisors may have on their relationship with others and the work experience of employees.
The results will give insight into how employees are affected by their relationship with their supervisor, and what might be done to improve this.
Partaking in this study will give you the opportunity to think about your job and what your work means to you.
What is required from the participant?
Participating in this study will support research which has been designed to identify how mangers may build more effective relationships with staff and improve work-related outcomes for employees.
The only requirements are: 1. you are currently (or have recently been) employed and report(ed) to a manager/team-leader/supervisor. 2. to complete an online questionnaire about your work which should take about 15 minutes to complete.
