How control of your physical workspace in an open plan office impacts your reactions towards your organisation

If you work in an open plan office space with 3 or more individuals within the North Island and sometimes find it hard going then you are invited to be a part of this workplace environmental control study.

The purpose of this survey is to generate findings that will aid management understanding of the ways in which providing employees control of their workspace environment can ultimately work to the benefit of an organization by means of encouraging greater commitment and positive workplace behaviors.

The following survey was developed to ask questions regarding perceptions of your physical work environment in addition to some workplace behaviors. This will hopefully contribute to the existing literature on physical control over the workplace environment as well as contributing to management understanding of its importance.

This survey is also part of the final assessment towards gaining my Masters degree.

What is required from the participant?

10-15 minutes to fill out an anonymous online multiple-choice questionnaire.
