Anxiety, depression and everyday risk avoidance (NZ).

If you are aged between 16-70 and want to participate in research to understand the factors behind why people people avoid the risks of everyday life, then you are invited to participate in this research.


The aims of this project is to see whether there is a link between people’s perception of the risks of everyday life, and anxiety and/or depression, and to understand the thoughts that people have when they are considering taking risks.

What is required from the participant?

Completing the questionnaires will take approximately 15 minutes of your time.

New Zealand - Northland , Auckland , Waikato , Bay of Plenty , Gisborne , Hawkes Bay , Taranaki , Wanganui , Manawatu , Wairarapa , Wellington , Nelson , Marlborough , West Coast , Canterbury , Timaru - Oamaru , Otago , Southland

There are 6 questionnaires that take approximately 2 minutes each, meaning that the total time taken to complete all questionnaires will be about 15 minutes.

There is no compensation, other than the (hopefully) happy feeling you get from knowing you have contributed towards someone's research.
