Study measuring the safety, immunogenicity, and Lot consistency of cell-derived influenz vaccine

Volunteers in good overall health 18-99 years

Volunteers for Flu Research. We are looking for people to help develop a new influenza vaccine. Research is currently being conducted in Australia and New Zealand for a new nfluenza vaccine. You may be eligible to take part in this study if you are:
-18 years of older
- in good overall health
-have not had a flu vaccination within the last 6 months or a lab confirmed influenza infection.
Reasonable costs will be reimbursed.
This study has been approved by the Multi-Region Ethics Committee.

What is required from the participant?

2 visits and 2 phone calls
1 visit 1.5 hours long
2nd visit 30 minutes

Age:	18 - 95
Gender:	Any
Ethnicity:	Any
Criteria:	Have not had lab confirmed influenza or a flu vaccination in the last 6 months.

The trial is still running, with those volunteers who registered at the beginning, and it will be completed in late June and July.........we are not taking new volunteers at this stage. posted by p3research on 2010-06-09 12:03:39
