Payment Options

Although you are able to list a study with no credit or monthly payment, your study will remain "closed" until credits have been purchased or a monthly payment has been made.

Credits:

Credits are a simple method of payment where you only pay for what you use. Credits are pre-paid in various package sizes and your total credit pool is shared for all listed studies that are not assigned to a monthly plan. Each time someone applies to participate in the study, your credit count will decrease by one. Once you run out of credits, participants will no longer be able to apply for your study. You study will then remain listed for up to two weeks before it is removed. This payment option is ideal for small recruitment numbers.

Monthly:

Paying for a study listing over a monthly period means that you can recruit as many people into your study as you like for a fixed cost. In the event that you are unsuccessful in recruiting an average of 3 participants for each month purchased, we will extend your term for no additional cost until this number is reached.This payment option is ideal for large recruitment targets.
